I’m honored to be one of the final nine selected to move forward beyond the Discovery Module in the FINNOVATION Fellowship.

I’m excited to keep building, learning, and innovating alongside fellow founders who are showing up with intention, courage, and care✨

And — I’m also holding deep respect for those who didn’t move on to this next phase. What’s been gained since September still matters. Reminder to us all, GROWTH doesn’t disappear just because the path shifts🤎

This week stretched me — from fellowship lessons to financial truths to planting new seeds in public health. What once scared me is now what grows me.

Check-In to Check-Out | Wednesday Reset (on a Thursday 😉)

Sometimes the reset doesn’t land right on time — and that’s okay. Healing and reflection don’t follow the clock.

This week reminded me that relationships aren’t just nice-to-have — they are strategy. They are the heartbeat of how we grow, heal, and move forward.

I’ve been practicing saying YES to asking instead of saying NO on someone else’s behalf. No more blocking my own blessings with assumptions.

* Where can you let go of the fear of someone saying no — and just ask?

🌱✨ Check In to Check Out | Midweek Reset ✨🌱

Midweek is my pause button. A chance to check in with myself… Am I grinding or grounded? Chasing or breathing?

Week one of the FINNOVATION Fellowship reminded me: 🌿 My Hyper-Rational craves control. 🌿 My Hyper-Achiever chases proof.
 Together they push me to do the most — and forget to rest, to trust, to just be.

At the same time, Capital Readiness is teaching me the nuts + bolts — cost of goods, services, margins.

Both opportunities remind me: sustainability starts with me.

So today, I’m checking in to myself…and checking out of overdrive.

My choosen reset: 💛 head + heart 💛 hustle + presence 💛 worth in being, not only in doing

Every decade of my life has brought me a reset — and this one is no different. 🌿

Happy Wednesday!

Wednesdays are my checkpoint — a natural pause in the middle of the week to ask: ✨ What has already unfolded? ✨ What’s still ahead? ✨ What truly needs my attention?

Lately, I’ve been leaning into slow mornings — slow movements, slow thoughts, slow presence. It’s how I check in with myself before I check in on emails, tasks, and the needs of others.

This is part of a larger reset season for me — one I’ve experienced at 12, 22, 32, 42… and now again as I step into this new decade with deeper awareness.

My business is also resetting. Many of you may know it as Peaces ’n Puzsouls: Journies thru Healing. As we approach our 20-year anniversary 🎉, I’m stepping forward for the first time under a new name: Dr. Sheila Sweeney Enterprises.

This shift feels like my business has gone to college 🎓 — with semesters of growth and discovery through programs like: 📌 Target Pro Bono (Hands On Twin Cities) – Strategy & product clarity 📌 The BLOOM Program – Showing up in the world 📌 Goldman Sachs BIB Accelerator – Growth & planning 📌 ConnectUp Capital Readiness + FINNOVATION Fellowship – Scaling with intention

When I first started, my only goal was survival: could I pay my mortgage for 12 months? Nearly 20 years later, I’m reflecting on legacy, impact, and expansion.

As I reset myself and my business, I’m also learning the value of delegation, support, and trusting the tools I’ve always carried.
