Driven to Succeed: Sanyi’s Inspiring Journey

When Sanyi first connected with Accord’s Employment Services, he was ready for a real change. After years in fast-food jobs with unpredictable schedules and low pay, he knew he deserved something more stable and meaningful.

With support from his Employment Specialist, Sanyi quickly found a promising opportunity that matched his strengths and offered better wages and consistency. When the company had an unexpected work pause, Sanyi didn’t let the setback stop him. He stayed focused, kept interviewing, and showed incredible resilience through every challenge.

That determination led him to his new role at Barnett Auto Group, where he’s now thriving in a full-time position he genuinely enjoys. And thanks to the stability of his new job, Sanyi recently reached a huge personal milestone—he purchased his own car!

Sanyi’s journey is an inspiring example of what’s possible when someone leads their own path and receives support that honors their goals, choices, and strengths.
