For 35 years, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) has served as a cornerstone of civil rights, helping to level the playing field and open doors for millions of Americans with disabilities. Its impact is undeniable—removing barriers, protecting rights, and fostering inclusion.

Our Story

“It’s all about the people!”

Life throws curve balls sometimes, plans are forced to change. With that, it can feel overwhelming, hopeless, and like being lost in the forest. People all around us are facing challenges everyday. You may see it, you may not. Sometimes challenges hide behind smiling faces. But for all those facing challenges, uncertainty, hopelessness, Community Involvement Programs steps in and brings a shining light to those in need of support.

Families and Individuals all around the Twin Cities area including out-state Minnesota, look to Community Involvement Programs (CIP) to help navigate challenges, secure resources, and support them in living their greatest lives. From Case Management Services, Employment Support Services, Home Health, and much more, CIP is making a difference in our community and leading the way for the industry in Innovation and Solutions.
