Minnesota Association of Healthcare Volunteers provides its members with opportunities to sh

Minnesota Association of Healthcare Volunteers an organization of auxiliaries and/or volunteer groups serving health care facilities across Minnesota. We represent~ 100 health care volunteer groups in Minnesota totaling in excess of 24,468 persons volunteering in services to hospitals and long-term care facilities. In 2009 those volunteer services represented statewide 1.5 million hours at a total

estimated value of $32.4 million. These same groups contributed in excess of $2.4 million in dollars or equipment to their facilities.

Another poem-draft
My teeth

Born with two sets
The first set to teach us to wiggle them out
And negotiate with the tooth fairy
Among other uses
The second set to have for life.
Though cavities, crocked, & wisdom a channelge.
Our dentists and parents teach us to care for them.
Little did we know how much work it would be
To brush and floss
To keep them clean.
Let alone the expense and pain.
If we do not
If we are smart and lucky we
Will have them in old age.
If not, replacement will cost a lot.
