I am pleased to share my work which was recently featured in the Pediatric e-Journal (Issue #78, March 2025). In my article: Energy Healing Work With Qigong: An Integrative Therapy I shared how I came to energy healing through painful injuries, and how it eventually led me to serve at a children’s hospice and respite home. I describe three very real, moving examples of offering energy healing to children in respite and hospice care. Each encounter is unique, and they all share the common threads of comfort, connection, and care beyond words.

I love how my work integrates seamlessly into an interdisciplinary team to support children, their families and those who care for them. Qigong Energy Healing work supports medical, psychological, and spiritual services to create a compassionate circle of care and bring peace and comfort to people experiencing their most vulnerable and tender moments.

Master Nance taught the very first of many Spring Forest Qigong Level 4 classes (and L4 retreats) I attended. He closed with with the idea that it can all be distilled to one mission: "Do good and forgive all." Wow, yes. Simple though not necessarily easy.

I've strived, and will continue striving to convey love, kindness, and forgiveness, with compassion outward (and inward) as a sincere, holistic, and lifelong endeavor.

Spend time with those who consider, appreciate - even celebrate you - precisely as you are, to share beauty (and burdens). Relationships seem cyclical, too, don't they?

Connect with your still, quiet voice - the calm one that knows what you truly need in this moment. Let it guide you into each new, fresh moment. In our growth, awareness and renewal, too, humans are cyclical.
