Construction Safety Week 2026 is here! 📣 🦺

This week, we recognize the importance of working smart, staying alert, and speaking up and we celebrate the men and women who make safety part of the job every single day. 💪

Safety isn’t just a priority, it’s a responsibility we share across every trade, every job site, and every crew. Union workers look out for one another because at the end of the day, the goal is simple: everyone goes home safe.

Today we honor the workers who lost their lives on the job. 🕯

In construction, one of the most hazardous industries, this day is a powerful reminder that safety must always come first. Workers Memorial Day is a time to remember the fallen and stand in solidarity with those who continue to fight for safer workplaces.

This wasn't your average hiring event! 🔥⚾ 🔨

Last Saturday we took over American Family Field in collaboration with the Milwaukee Brewers and brought the energy!

It was incredible to see over 400 job seekers show up ready to put their skills to the test and connect with the 36 contractors who were ready to hire.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made this event such a great success.
This is what the future of hiring looks like...and we’re just getting started! 🤝

We look forward to implementing and growing our CREW committees across our regional council and the UBC. Great work Millwright Regional Council 🎉

Welcome to the CREW!

This past weekend the Millwright Regional Council proudly hosted its first Member Engagement Program Conference.

This represents a major step forward in strengthening connection, collaboration, and leadership across our membership.

This evolving program brings members and leadership from across Canada and the U.S. together under one unified network and focuses on member engagement & support, growth of our Union, and the development of future leaders.

The energy, ideas, and commitment shared throughout the conference made one thing clear: the future of our Union is strong, connected, and ready to lead.
