This light and nourishing soup supports digestion, metabolism, and detoxification! πŸ₯¦ Broccoli provides fiber, spinach and cilantro aid detoxification, and lemon boosts digestion. Give it a try! πŸ˜‹

*Ingredients:*

🌿 2 cups broccoli florets
πŸ’§ 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
πŸ’Έ 1 tsp kosher salt
πŸ§… 1 yellow onion, chopped
πŸ’‘ 3 garlic cloves, minced
🌸 4 cups vegetable stock or water
🌿 1 bunch spinach
πŸ’š 1/2 cup cilantro leaves and stems
πŸ‹ 1 lemon, zest and juice
πŸ”₯ 1 pinch cayenne pepper

*Instructions:*

1. πŸ”ͺ Preheat oven to 425Β°F.
2. 🌿 Toss broccoli with 1 tbsp olive oil and roast for 25 minutes.
