Feeling especially grateful for our gathering at Seremeta Spiritual Wellness Center.

A young boy joined us, and the simple joy and curiosity he had with the bowls and the entire experience brought such a lightness to the room (and some laughter). It was honest and unfiltered- a reminder of one of the reasons why I love doing this.

We also welcomed someone who recently moved to Minnesota and shared she’s been hoping to find spaces like this to feel connected. That stayed with me as well.

These evenings aren’t about perfection. They’re about real people, shared space, and the kind of quiet connection that builds over time.

There is something profoundly powerful about women who gather this way - anchored in themselves and generous with their attention, intentional with their thoughts and words.

This weekend I was invited into a women’s retreat, and there was a depth in the room you could feel before a word was spoken. ✨

The time with this group of women carried a quiet steadiness - thoughtful, rooted, intentional.

It was meaningful, but the debrief afterward held its own kind of grace. Women engaging with sincerity. Listening well. Remaining present.

There was connection. Laughter woven between reflection. Honest sharing. An openness that felt both tender and strong, calm and joyful.

It felt wise. It felt grounded. It felt like community. 😌💫

Grateful to have been invited and welcomed into it. Thank you. 🙏
