We need to retire the idea that you have to wait 6 weeks to get support after having a baby.
Because here’s what actually happens…
You go through pregnancy, delivery, and the immediate postpartum shift—and then you’re sent home to figure it out on your own.
But early postpartum care matters. A lot.
Seeing a pelvic floor PT before 6 weeks isn’t about jumping into workouts—it’s about:
✨ Helping your body heal (perineum, C-section, pelvic floor)
✨ Reducing pain, pressure, and leaking early
✨ Restoring breath + core connection
✨ Guiding safe return to movement, lifting, and daily life
Waiting often means small issues turn into longer recoveries.
You don’t have to “push through” or guess your way through healing. Support earlier = better outcomes.
If you’re a few weeks postpartum and wondering if it’s too soon… it’s not. 💛
