Prairie Mission Retirement Village offers a large variety of services. We are a 4 star facility which accepts both Medicaid and Medicare.

Prairie Mission Retirement Village is a Continued Care Retirement Community (CCRC) providing person centered care to our residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Home setting. We have independent living apartments, assisted living apartments and skilled nursing beds. We offer person centered care and strive to make our facility as home like as possible for the people wh

o live here. We offer 7am-7pm dining where residents can order from an open menu or choose the daily special. Consistent staffing allows the residents and staff to know each other on a more personal level and get comfortable with each other. We offer transportation services to and from appointments and a variety of events. The school also comes and visits frequently throughout the school year and activities is something that PMRV is very proud of. We are also fortunate to have the St. Paul Clinic attached to us to also help meet our residents needs.

Come on out to Prairie Mission Retirement Village, live music is set up and ready to play! We also have food trucks and tropical snow cones available. Bring lawn chairs, we have space under awning and doors open to sit inside!!

We are kicking off Mission Days this Thursday night May 21st. Everyone welcome to come and join us for a night of live music and food truck is available on site. Music will start at 5:30 pm bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the evening with family and friends.
