Prairie Mission Retirement Village offers a large variety of services. We are a 4 star facility which accepts both Medicaid and Medicare.

Prairie Mission Retirement Village is a Continued Care Retirement Community (CCRC) providing person centered care to our residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Home setting. We have independent living apartments, assisted living apartments and skilled nursing beds. We offer person centered care and strive to make our facility as home like as possible for the people who live here. We offer 7am-7pm dining where residents can order from an open menu or choose the daily special. Consistent staffing allows the residents and staff to know each other on a more personal level and get comfortable with each other. We offer transportation services to and from appointments and a variety of events. The school also comes and visits frequently throughout the school year and activities is something that PMRV is very proud of. We are also fortunate to have the St. Paul Clinic attached to us to also help meet our residents needs.

We have the pleasure to introduce and appreciate our SSD Jeanette Sevart this month and everyday moving forward. Jeanette is caring to everyone she meets and gives it her all. One of Jeanettes strong duties is scheduling; she arranges care plan meetings for residents, families and her pmrv team but also scheduling and coordinating transportation for all medical appointments which can be challenging at times. She continues to advocate and makes a difference in the lives of our residents. ❤️ Thank you Jeanette for all you do at Prairie Mission Retirement Village. Please let her know how much she is appreciated 👏

Thanks to Neosho County Emergency Management, Saint Paul Mission Township Fire Department and PMRV employees on a successful evacuation drill conducted today. We appreciate the quick and safe response in getting all residents out in a very timely fashion. Great Job! 👏❤️
