It's the height of summer, and with more people spending more time outside soaking up the sun, it's important to make sure that you're also still protecting skin and eyes.

Tips to Protect Yourself from UV radiation:
1. Seek shade when possible and appropriate
2. Wear sun-protective clothing and sunglasses.
3. Always wear a broad-spectrum, water-resistant sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher
4. Talk to your Entira provider about any sun protection questions or skin-health concerns.

Proof that we walk the walk. Literally.

Our Entira Family Clinics staff, physicians, and a few possibly reluctant family members tackled the heat for a wellness walk around Lake Como this weekend as part of our Move More Challenge. Whether they were on team “Movin’ and Grovin’,” chasing that “Peak Pulse,” or going full “Holy Walkamolies,” their steps brought the challenge to life.
