Working on my “lat spread” form..

Helps me determine which proportions of my body I want to balance out.

There is no workout program, nutritional plan, or supplemental intake that works for everyone.
It took me yearssss to figure out what works for me and now that I know, the results show up fast and the effort is consistent 👍🏾💪🏾

Depending on intensity I’ll do between 5-10 reps each side.

These are not “static stretches.” There is moment through full range of motion to prepare the muscles and joints for physical activity 🏋🏽‍♀️

Youth mobility seems to be an area overlooked. Our children must participate in sports activity BUT it is just as important for them to be educated in proper and functional mobility training to improve performance, prevent injuries, and longevity of athletic career.

Been working on a Youth Mobility Program this year! Just completed the brochure, next is website building.
