We are, like many, so heartbroken for our city and state. Over the weekend, we lost another brave soul speaking up and protecting. RIP Alex Pretti. So we keep fighting, speaking up, and showing up for one another. Here is our table for the week fully stocked for families, friends, or clients - anyone who is in need, please stop by our office.

We are all feeling a sense of uncertainty right now; especially given what has happened over the past week in our state.

Our group called, Navigating Uncertainty, cannot come at a better time!
This group starts on the 22nd and there are still spots available!

We will provide a supportive, reflective space to pause, connect, and explore what it means to live well amid uncertainty. This group is for anyone who is feeling unsettled, overwhelmed, or simply wanting thoughtful conversation and shared understanding during this time.
