COVID-19 UPDATE

To all PCA staff,

Governor Tim Walz ordered for Minnesotans to stay home effective March 27, 2020 at 11:59 pm. We do fall in the category of Healthcare and Public Health, which is an exempt from the Stay At Home order.

Our office will still be open Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm.

Please continue to provide services with our client and follow the hand hygiene routine.

2020 NEWS AND UPDATES
COVID-19/CORONA VIRUS
The rapidly changing news about COVID-19 (coronavirus) is concerning to everyone. What we are experiencing is unpredictable. We are currently making decisions on how to respond and keep everyone safe and healthy.
Office Operation
Minnesota Senior Care Office hours will remain the same: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. There are no changes to submitting timesheets and payroll schedule.

QP VISITS
- All 60 days, 90 days and 180 days visits will be visited as Phone Visits.
- QP will still complete a home visit for Care Plan visits.
PCA services
- Client’s PCA services will remain the same.
o Client may choose to hold the services and flex their hours. If you plan to flex your hours. Please contact our office to double check your authorization to prevent gap in services.
o If you are sick or tested positive for COVID-19. Please contact our office immediately to coordinate with Client’s emergency plan and everyone’s safety.

Minnesota Senior Care encourage everyone to follow OSHA Infection Control Hand Hygiene. Always wash your hands and wear a face mask if needed.

Client is approve for 8.75 hours per week. Hours may varies and be flexible according to client's needs. Client needs assistant with Dressing and bathing.
