All levels welcome to this hour long yoga class in the beautiful Lake Monster Brewery Space. Come for the yoga and stay for the (free) beer! Either way it all shakes out to be a kick-ass yoga class and a pint of beer for $24

What could be better than that? Oh, Yeah...there is also CBD seltzers and kombucha on tap! No need to sign up in advance just bring your mat and see you there! (cash or cards accepted)

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. 🤍

Because of this community, we have raised $1,145 so far for The Advocates for Human Rights to help provide legal aid to people who have been detained by ICE.

I am so deeply moved by your generosity, your care, and your willingness to show up for our neighbors in a real, tangible way. This is what community looks like. This is what protection looks like. This is love in action.

We’ll continue collecting donations through February 14, and every single dollar will be donated directly to The Advocates for Human Rights.

I’m heartbroken today.
What happened here in Minnesota is devastating, and I can’t just scroll past it.

If you’re feeling sad, shaken, angry, or heavy in your body... you’re not alone.

Some days the world feels like too much, and today is one of those days.

There’s nothing to solve in this post.
Just space to acknowledge the grief, the humanity, and the weight we’re all carrying.

Holding the people directly affected close in my heart.

And holding space for anyone who is feeling all of it today.

THANK YOU for subscribing & welcome to this kind, wonderful, giving, (and sometimes a little crazy) community of yogis. We used to be at Lake Monster Brewery every Sat + Sun, but now we are online! There are 60 min YOGA CLASSES (broken into 20 min mini-sessions), STRENGTH CLASSES, and YOGA FOR YOUR HALF-PINT (20 min yoga classes for kids!).
