All levels welcome to this hour long yoga class in the beautiful Lake Monster Brewery Space. Come for the yoga and stay for the (free) beer! Either way it all shakes out to be a kick-ass yoga class and a pint of beer for $24

What could be better than that? Oh, Yeah...there is also CBD seltzers and kombucha on tap! No need to sign up in advance just bring your mat and see you there! (cash or cards accepted)

Sometimes you’re having a pretty crappy day and then someone brings you Dolly Parton bottle cap earrings and it turns out to be the exact spark of joy you needed!! 🌟

Thank you for being such an amazing yogi & friend! So so grateful for this community! 🥰

If you need a little spark of joy, come see us next weekend! The end of the year challenge has started, there’s always warm Chex mix on Sundays, and a pretty fu***ng great community of humans who make each day a little bit better.

After yoga Saturday, Aug 2nd

Our amazing friend and fellow yogi, Marta - is a Blue Ribbon winner and Superintendent of Crop Art at the MN State Fair and she’s hosting an event you don’t want to miss!

After yoga this Saturday (AUG 2) Marta will be here to guide us through making our own little crop art project! 🌟

No need to register in advance for the crop art.
$10 to Marta at time of class for supplies.

THANK YOU for subscribing & welcome to this kind, wonderful, giving, (and sometimes a little crazy) community of yogis. We used to be at Lake Monster Brewery every Sat + Sun, but now we are online! There are 60 min YOGA CLASSES (broken into 20 min mini-sessions), STRENGTH CLASSES, and YOGA FOR YOUR HALF-PINT (20 min yoga classes for kids!).
