Most men wake up reacting to life.
Leaders do the opposite……they set the tone before the world even touches them.

If you want more energy, clearer thinking, deeper faith, and the ability to lead your family with strength….it starts the moment your feet hit the floor.

My dad taught me that.
He woke up at 4 AM every morning to read his Bible…..not out of obligation, but because he knew he needed the Word to lead well.

I’m not saying you need to wake up at 4 AM.
But having a simple, intentional morning routine can change everything.

1. Start with your mindset.

Before stress or notifications hit, speak truth.

Thank God for a new day.
Remind yourself: “I’m called. I’m equipped. I’m built to lead.”

Your thoughts direct your day.

2. Get scripture in.

Open the Bible App.
Turn on your morning verse.
Even a short devotional can shift your attitude, confidence, and leadership.

3. Fuel your body.

Your energy is part of your calling.

Start with protein and real nutrients:
• Eggs
• Greek yogurt
• Shake
• Turkey bacon
• Oatmeal w/ protein
• Cottage cheese & berries

Add a men’s multivitamin.
Small habits → strong leaders.

4. Speak life into your kids.

Before they walk out the door, build them up.

“God made you strong.”
“You’re a leader.”
“You can do hard things.”

Your voice becomes their foundation.

When you own your morning….physically, mentally, spiritually…..you walk into your day grounded, energized, and ready to lead with purpose.

If God calls my body a temple….why am I treating it like a storage unit?”

That one question changed everything for him.

Because deep down, he knew it wasn’t just about losing weight.

It was about stewardship.

About honoring the gifts God gave him….his health, his energy, his ability to show up strong for the people who matter most.

For years, he brushed it off…

❌ “I’m just getting older”
❌ “Work is stressful”
❌ “I’ll fix it later”

But later never comes on its own.

So he stopped waiting for motivation
and started taking responsibility.

Not with extreme diets.
Not with hours of cardio.

Just a proven plan, accountability, and the belief that his body deserved better than survival mode.

Now?
