Losing weight is not as complicated as it seems.

Just because you’re eating clean does not mean you will lose weight 🥗🥑🥦

I don’t restrict. I don’t work out for hours on end. I don’t give up foods I love 🍕🥞🍩

All I’ve done is learn the actual science of nutrition and training and simply applied it 📚🏋️‍♀️

It wasn’t guesswork, just calculated moves. Much like a game of chess, building the body you want is the same. It’s all understanding what works and what doesn’t ✅

You can try as hard as you want, but unless you understand the principles and science behind it all. You’ll never be able to get to where you want to be!

Are You Destroying Your Muscle Gains Without Knowing It?

If you’re lifting weights and jump into intense cardio right after, you could be cutting your muscle growth by up to 50%.

Here’s why:
�Lifting triggers muscle growth, but the gains actually happen after during rest, eating, and recovery—not during your workout.
�But intense cardio right after weights…..It spikes cortisol, a stress hormone that messes with recovery and pulls blood away from the muscles you just trained.

Doing cardio that targets the same muscles you just lifted.
�Jogging after leg day? That’s a fast track to destroy your gains.
Instead:

* Keep post-lift cardio light (think incline walking or easy cycling).
* Separate weight training and cardio by 4–5 hours when possible.
* On leg days, skip cardio if you can—or sip a protein + carb shake after lifting to reduce muscle breakdown.
