🦴 Bad Biomechanics

Poor posture or repetitive movement patterns create chronic tension and asymmetry in the fascia, leading to stiffness and reduced range of motion.

🌊 Unaddressed Fascial Restrictions

When adhesions, knots, or restrictions aren’t released, they compound over time—affecting circulation, nerve flow, and cellular communication.

Its funny how life changes when you choose that you want better ✨️

I remember when I was in my 20s getting cutoff by the bartender on a Friday night for drinking too much or wanting to party until the sun came up 🥴🍹

Now, I get cutoff by used book store owners on a Saturday night because it's closing time and my hands are too full to carry any more books for my personal library! 😁📚

My husband and I love going on random weekend adventures to thrift stores and antiques shops (with "fancy coffees" in-hand of course) to find new books or treasures - making so many new wonderful memories along the way 💝

I'm so excited for the path that is unfolding in front of me. Not just for my personal life but for the direction I'm headed to help my clients even more with their health and wellness ✨️
