Oh I just love that moment...

The moment I remove crystals from the body and the client says, "What just happened 🤩?"

For months now, I’ve been preparing my clients for this eclipse season, and for good reason.

Eclipses tend to move fast ☄️ They accelerate change, bring sudden pivots, and often activate the core areas of life: relationships, home, and work.

This particular eclipse window is carrying some POTENT energy, with a few key dates worth noting:

🌑 Feb 17 – New Moon Eclipse (aligned with Chinese New Year)
🌕 March 3 – Full Moon Eclipse

A LOT can shift in just two weeks.

My own life has become a very real, lived example of how eclipse energy works—doors closing, doors opening, and timelines rearranging quickly and decisively.

When this much change is in motion (any change, really), the most supportive thing we can do is slow down internally.

Many of you know me through massage therapy, lymphatic work, and hands-on care.

What you may not know is that alongside that work, I’ve spent years studying and practicing transpersonal psychology, energy medicine, and crystal healing, working with the emotional, subconscious, and energetic layers that often sit beneath physical symptoms.

Now that my bodywork and crystal work are separating (beginning March 2nd), this deeper layer finally has its own space.

If you’ve been following my work lately, you know I’ve been talking about the fast, unexpected shifts that often arrive with the upcoming new Chinese year (the Year of the Fire Horse) and powerful eclipses (Feb. 17 & March 3)! 🔥

BIG movement. BIG realignments.

Well… I’m clearly not exempt! 😂

Some unexpected (and exciting!) changes have come together quickly for me too, and I wanted to share what this next chapter looks like:

Beginning March 2nd, I’ll be stepping into a full-time massage therapy role at Rising Sun Chiropractic + Weight Loss Center, working alongside Dr. Seth Nelson and his team of practitioners. 🥳

Rising Sun Chiropractic (located in St. Peter) is a truly special place - a collaborative, patient-centered clinic offering comprehensive care under one roof. In addition to chiropractic care, their team provides rehabilitative therapies, movement-based support, natural weight loss solutions, and integrative services designed to help people heal, recover, and function better in everyday life.

I’m genuinely excited to be part of a setting that values whole-body health and thoughtful, collaborative care. ✨️

I also want to acknowledge that this change means I’ll no longer be offering evening appointments. I know that may impact some of you, especially those with busy daytime schedules. If weekday appointment times aren’t a fit for you moving forward, I’m more than happy to share trusted recommendations for other practitioners who may better match your availability.

My priority is always that you feel supported in your care whether that’s with me or someone I trust. 💖

We’re two weeks from the New Moon solar eclipse in Aquarius (annular eclipse only visible in Antarctica with a partial eclipse visible in South America and southern Africa). That New Moon also marks the start of the Lunar New Year. At the Full Moon, we earnestly began the shift from the Wood Snake to the Fire Horse. The next 14 days are important!

First, you must finish shedding your old skin. These last bits are the toughest and most clingy. You might be feeling like you just can’t do it, can’t fully let go, so you think you’ll manage or ignore it. But alas, you cannot. Things that linger, the stories and beliefs you won’t release, will only be amplified by the Fire Horse.

Which brings me to my second point. Everyone is super psyched about the Year of the Fire Horse. I mean, it sounds and looks cool! There are so many pictures of galloping horses with flames. Wild, right?!

Yes, totally wild. That’s the thing about Fire. It’s wild. It can get away from you. It’s hot and smoky. Like a horse that’s quietly grazing but suddenly sprints away, a little campfire can become a conflagration without proper attention and care. The Fire Horse can be unpredictable and you can literally and figuratively burn out.

So right now it’s important that you put to rest whatever is lingering from the Year of the Snake. Hold an actual funeral! Bury things that represent what you want to change. Clean out the closet. Throw away old, broken things. Donate books and household items you haven’t used in a year. Tidy up your drawers and clean under the bed. Say a eulogy for your old self and also honor what’s stayed and grown, too.

This kind of conscious awareness is key for working with the Fire Horse. If you can’t be fully present with the Snake, the Horse will overpower you. Fire Horse is intense, passionate, Yang energy following a period of introspection, rest, and Yin energy. You need to be prepared to move fast, innovate, and flow with the changes, and that preparation needs to get underway now, if you haven’t started already. 🔥

Astrophyllite is a powerhouse choice for brain-related work. This is one of those stones that feels less like a “soothing crystal” and more like a neural activator + cosmic translator all in one.

Energetically, I love it for:

Someone recently asked me what “Divine Darkness” means, and how I came up with the name.

Divine Darkness is a re-framing of darkness not as something negative or harmful, but as the quiet, ever-present foundation that makes healing and awareness possible.

Light is active, conditional, and temporary — it requires energy, effort, and exposure.

Darkness, by contrast, is constant and effortless. It does not judge, overwhelm, or demand. It simply holds.

This is why the body heals most deeply in darkness — during sleep, rest, and stillness.
It’s why closing the eyes turns awareness inward.

It’s why the womb, meditation, and deep restoration all share the same quality of safety and containment.

Rather than pushing toward brightness or forcing transformation, Divine Darkness honors the space where nothing is required.

In that space, the nervous system settles.
The breath softens.
The deeper self becomes accessible.

The work of Divine Darkness isn’t about chasing light, fixing, or striving.

It’s about gently guiding people into quiet — into a place of rest — where clarity and inner light arise naturally.

Because healing doesn’t happen under bright lights.

And we don’t find ourselves by searching.
We remember ourselves when we’re finally allowed to rest in the dark.
