Surgery may save your life, but it can also interrupt it in ways that no one prepares you for. Even when everything “goes well,” the body often holds onto the trauma of the experience, not just physically, but energetically and emotionally.

Anesthesia may put the body to sleep, but it doesn’t numb the energy field. The nervous system still registers the invasion, the helplessness, and the pain.

After surgery, many people notice unexpected emotional waves, a strange sense of disconnection, sleep disturbances, or chronic tension that lingers long after the stitches are removed. Some describe it as feeling like they never quite came all the way back into their body.

This is residual trauma - the kind that doesn’t show up on scans but quietly lives inside the tissue, the fascia, and the nervous system.

In my NeuroEnergetic sessions, we gently work to restore the internal communication that was disrupted. We support the body in releasing the cellular memory of the trauma. We help the nervous system feel safe again so you can come home to yourself, fully.

After several days in the hospital, surgery, IV antibiotics, labwork, and working with all kinds of specialists... Sam is home! 🥳

An unknown bacteria had infected part of his distal Tibia, causing bone deterioration and inflammation. The surgeons were able to clean everything up, but the ongoing concern is that this impacted the growth plate of his ankle.

Only time will tell what challenges are ahead, but for now, we are home and doing well!

We are so grateful for all the prayers, well-wishes, and distant energy healers lending a hand this week! Sam's rapid improvement was a clear sign that miracles were happening ✨️

The last 72 hours have been quite the whirlwind of big decisions, new experiences, and so much love & support from friends and family 🥰

After assuming our son had just had a sprained ankle for a few weeks, things took a drastic turn.

He has had a slow-growing bone infection in the right distal tibia that, unfortunately, was painfully deteriorating bone tissue at the growth plate 🦴

Despite visiting 2 E.R.s, a clinic, and now a hospital PLUS several IV pokes + emergency surgery, he's doing well! 😃

The infection control team is still unsure of exactly what type of bacteria is causing this, so for now, we just wait.

We had some powerful energy healers working on him from a distance and LOTS of prayers/well wishes through it all 🙏✨️

I will be out of the office this week & rescheduling appointments while we navigate our next steps.

Many of you have met Sam or have heard me talk about him, so if you have any positive words of encouragement for him, I'll let him know! 🌞

I'm really not kidding when I say that I got you... even if it means skipping down the sidewalk, swinging on swings, and splashing in mud puddles with you so that your inner child can finally be seen and loved 🥰 (Yes, that actually happened!)

It is incredible how many physical and mental/emotional symptoms are linked to childhood wounds, a life lacking imagination, and running through life at a speed of 100mph.

But those things aren't permanent! Everything can change, and it's never too late!

Your nervous system needs you to sloooooooow down, to take time to play, and to enjoy a mud puddle as often as you can 🤸‍♀️🛝🌞

This crystal body grid was created for a client who’s been courageously walking the path of nervous system healing - reclaiming her sense of safety, self, and sovereignty.

Lately, she’s felt scattered… frantic… like her system was sprinting on fumes. Sound familiar?

Neck tension. Knee pain. These are signs of an inner cry for grounding.

So we placed this crystalline layout directly over her womb - the intuitive power center of the feminine body.

Why the womb? Because it’s not just where we create, it’s where we receive.

By anchoring this grid at her sacral chakra, we created a direct channel from the higher chakras downward into density. Wisdom wasn’t just floating above her anymore... she began to embody it.

This is how we reconnect. Not just through thought, but through flesh, frequency, and sacred design.

Something wild happened during a session the other day…

My friend has had spine and brain issues for years after a bad fall. She’s tried many different therapies, including chiropractic, massage, reiki, vision therapy, EMDR, cold laser therapy, you name it. They’ve helped, but her body was still stuck in a constant state of fight-or-flight.

While she was on my table, I had the strongest intuitive nudge to work on her energetic spine - not her physical one, but the energy structure that runs inside it.

I could see it in my mind’s eye, like a holographic version of her spine ready to be "operated" on. So I lifted it up to work on it more clearly, and what I saw made me sick to my stomach.

There was a massive energetic parasite wrapped around her spinal cord, feeding off her life force and nervous system. I could feel how long it had been there and how much of her energy and clarity it had drained over the years.

I removed it, cleared the whole thing out, and then rebuilt her central channel - strengthened it with light, fortified it with crystal frequencies, and sealed everything back in with intention.

Afterward, I explained to her that we actually have two spines:

🦴 Our physical spine (the bones and structure)

✨ And our energetic spine (the one that animates the physical structure and carries our life force, signals, and soul alignment)

If your nervous system always feels on edge, or your spine won’t stay in alignment no matter what you do… it might be something deeper. Something energetic.
