It's been 7 beautiful years, and my treatment rooms have held so much... healing, laughter, tears, celebrations, endings, deep conversations, and moments I will NEVER forget.

But after much reflection, I’ve made the decision to close my Divine Darkness practice at the end of May.

To every client who trusted me, opened up to me, and allowed me to be part of your journey... Thank you. You've helped me grow and learn more than you'll ever know. 💖

This next chapter of my life is calling me towards family, home, and making memories. And while I feel the weight of this ending, I also feel peace in it.

As part of closing this chapter, I’ll also be releasing my personal collection of crystals, decor, books, and pieces that have lived with me over the years. The items will be posted through a special online sale in a few weeks - more details coming soon! 🔮

What is “Trauma Residue”?

Trauma residue is what’s left behind in the body after an overwhelming experience that wasn’t fully processed, completed, or resolved.

It’s not the event itself.
👉 It’s what the body couldn’t finish.

From a physiological standpoint, trauma residue is:

➡️ Unreleased stress chemistry (cortisol, adrenaline)

➡️ Incomplete nervous system responses (fight/flight/freeze that got stuck)

➡️ Stored motor patterns (bracing, guarding, collapsing)

➡️ Dysregulated neural signaling loops

➡️ Altered fascial tension + fluid flow

➡️ Persistent predictive coding in the brain (the body expecting danger)

BUT HERE'S THE KEY TRUTH THAT MOST PEOPLE MISS ‼️

❌️ The body doesn’t process trauma through talking.
✅️ It processes trauma through completion.

Long Answer: When the body is stuck in stress, holding tension, or carrying emotional weight, it can’t function the way it’s supposed to. These sessions help release that, so your system can come back into balance—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

I use multiple entry points to help the body shift into a state where healing becomes possible.

Not one tool does everything, but together, they create a layered, adaptive response based on what the person needs.

Crystal healing is often misunderstood as simply placing stones on the body and hoping something happens.

In reality, a true crystal healing session is an interactive therapeutic process.

During a treatment, I observe and respond to the body’s nervous system, subtle muscular responses, and energetic patterns that emerge as the body begins to relax.

Crystals are selected and placed intentionally based on their structural properties and energetic qualities.

As the nervous system shifts toward a more regulated state, areas of tension, emotional holding, or energetic stagnation may begin to release.

The crystals act as stabilizing and amplifying tools, helping the body reorganize itself and move toward balance.
