When I’m not in session, you’ll often find me here.. bouncing my way through a podcast or health lecture.
Rebounding (mini-trampoline exercise) isn't just fun, it's one of the most effective ways to support lymphatic flow, detoxification, and nervous system regulation.
🩸 The lymphatic system doesn’t have its own pump — movement is what keeps it flowing. Each gentle bounce helps flush toxins, deliver nutrients, and energize the cells.
🧠 The rhythmic motion also calms the vagus nerve, grounding the body while lifting your mood (seriously, I giggle like a little kid when I'm bouncing around like no one is watching).
💪 And unlike high-impact exercise, it supports your joints while strengthening your muscles, bones, and fascia.
Just 5–10 minutes a day can make a noticeable difference in your energy, focus, and sense of vitality.
So if you’ve been feeling stagnant, stressed, or inflamed, it might be time to bounce it out!
