Dr. Jenny Crosby (Owner/Doctor of Chiropractic) attended the University of Guelph, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics (the study of human biomechanics) in 1987. She then pursued her postgraduate training at Logan College of Chiropractic (now Logan University) and earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1991. Throughout her career, Dr. Crosby has been an active member of professional associations. She has been a member of the American Chiropractic Association since her student days at Logan and is also a member of the Missouri Chiropractic Association. Dr. Crosby established Crosby Chiropractic and Acupuncture Centre in late 1995. She is dedicated to continuously improving and updating her knowledge in the field of chiropractic, acupuncture, and nutrition. She has completed extensive postgraduate studies in acupuncture, with a focus on areas such as female issues, chronic pain and musculoskeletal issues, and co-treatment of oncology patients. Additionally, she has advanced certification in whiplash and brain traumatology through Dr. Arthur Crofts Spine Research Institute. Currently, Dr. Crosby’s patient care emphasis is on chronic illnesses, including conditions such as depression, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, autoimmune diseases, and gastrointestinal conditions like Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, and celiac disease. She takes a holistic approach and emphasizes targeted nutrition to help patients improve their gut health, enhance nutrient absorption, reduce inflammation, and support a healthier immune system. Dr. Crosby also has a passion for teaching. She has taught for Gibson Management Consultants and the Missouri State Chiropractic Association. Additionally, she has written articles for publications such as the St. Charles Women’s Journal and the St. Louis Health and Wellness Magazine. More recently, she has been contributing articles to a patient education media company used in offices across the United States and Canada.
