Have you ever felt that your body is against you in weightloss? Or wonder why you regain the weight you just work so hard to lose?

It’s called ✨Metabolic Adaptation ✨

In 2024 CHANGE is necessary:
Here a few changes you can make:

💫 Focus on a healthy diet. Lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats. Bake, air fry or broil your meats.
Make your plate colorful with plenty of vegetables 🥦. Don’t forget to switch out the white carbs ( rice Potatoes, bread ) for whole grains. Bake sweet potatoes are your friend 🤗

💫Exercise. 30 -60 minutes/ day of working out with a combination of cardio and strength training. ✨Building Muscle Burns Fat✨

💫Manage stress. Stress increases cortisol levels. Increase cortisol contributes to abdominal obesity, hypertension and diabetes to name few things.

💫 Get plenty of sleep: Sleep helps with cell turnover and reduce stress on the body. If you want muscle growth get some rest.

💫Drink water. Hydration is key to cell rejuvenation. A minimum of 64oz is required a day . I challenge you to make a it to a gallon a day and see fat respond.
