Thank you St. Louis for the follows and I hope you learned something along the way to 7K.

I’m often asked, “why not just buy 500k followers and be done with it?”

Well the truth of it is I enjoy the grind and delayed gratification. I don’t think I’d enjoy the gym as much if muscles and results were immediate. I am a believer that the reward is in the journey and shortcuts anywhere in life just never made sense to me.
