The goal of plastic surgery is to elegantly defy aging. When balance is attained people continue to look natural and like themselves but just refreshed.

Many celebrities who start looking unlike themselves later on life and border on looking strange is usually because too much was done by too many different surgeons and too late.

The most natural results so far appear to be when minor surgeries are done throughout life as opposed to very many surgeries or more involved surgeries very late in life.
