Mindfulness is the practice of living in the moment. As you listen to the healing sounds of nature while taking deep breaths of aromatherapy , a skilled technician will focus on the 5 most used areas of the body. This peaceful ritual starts at the bottom of the body exfoliating the legs and feet followed by a hydrating and therapeutic massage , continuing up to the arms focusing on forearms and hands to increase circulation and blood flow. Ritual will conclude with aromatherapy and a gentle face and scalp massage to relieve any tension and stress. You will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed !
