It’s Halloween week and our friends at Holy Cross Lutheran Preschool understood the assignment! 🎃

These kiddos are only in their 2nd class and are already getting the hang of our gratitude practice. Each scarf laid out represents something a child is thankful for, and BOY did they see a lot of goodness to appreciate today!

Thanks, friends, for a wonderful class! Can’t wait to see what else this week has in store 🧘🏻‍♂️

A new session starts in just TWO WEEKS!!

Today marks the last day of October kids yoga classes at LudoSport, and we’re looking forward to seeing your little monsters one last time before Halloween! 🎃

We’re going to have a great class, and at the end your child will have the opportunity to make a witch’s potion one last time before the cauldron vanishes Halloween night. This special potion is filled with things they’re grateful for, creating a magical mix that bubbles over with joy and kindness. 🧙‍♀️✨

Our next session runs Wednesdays, November 5th through 26th. Don’t miss your chance to join the fun!

🎃Kokomo Joe's Family Fun Center-St. Peters put on an incredible event last night! We had never been to their trunk-or-treat before and WOW were we blown away by how perfect the whole night was. The setup, organization, games, music, and staff were truly remarkable and made for a night to remember!👻

Those burritos sure do look tasty! 🤪 We had a great time giggling and rolling around in our mats for some vestibular stimulation and nervous system regulation. The deep pressure experienced from rolling helps reduce stress, anxiety, restlessness, and overstimulation, especially in kids. Plus, it’s SO silly!

Now that’s a self care moment kids can get behind! 🙌
