It’s been so good being back in class with you all. Winter break gave us a chance to slow down and reset, but being back on the mat together has been the best part of the week.

Wrapping up Term 2 Mobile Yoga 💛

This session was full of movement, learning how to pause, trying again when things felt hard, and building confidence in small, quiet ways.

We stretched, breathed, wobbled, laughed, rested, and tried again.

Grateful for these moments, these kids, and the space to keep showing up week after week.

We look forward to seeing your kids in the next yoga session. Term 3 classes start January 19.

Musical Mats is one of our favorite ways to build impulse control and body awareness through movement. This game is similar to musical chairs, but instead of eliminating players, everyone stays involved and keeps moving. We’ve had so much fun playing with our friends at Holy Cross Lutheran Preschool and Guidepost Montessori at Creve Coeur!
