Drs. Dr. Frisella is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. Nationally, only 30 surgeons a year complete a fellowship in shoulder surgery, and Dr. Frisella is the only fellowship-trained shoulder surgeon practicing in St. Charles County. Dr. Frisella is an expert in problems of the shoulder, especially rotator cuff tears, arthritis, and sports injuries.
