Dr. Frisella is a fellowship-trained shoulder surgeon practicing in St. Louis and St. Charles, Missouri. Dr. Frisella grew up in St. Peter McCann and Fran Cuomo.

Nationally, only 30 surgeons a year complete a fellowship in shoulder surgery, and Dr. Frisella is the only fellowship-trained shoulder surgeon practicing in St. Charles County. Dr. Frisella is an expert in problems of the shoulder, especially rotator cuff tears, arthritis, and sports injuries. His specialized training and expertise allow him to deliver modern, high quality care to his patients.
