Today, let’s talk about the powerful acupressure point Liver 3, located on the top of your foot between the big toe and second toe. Stimulating it can help relieve stress, reduce headaches, ease menstrual discomfort, and promote liver detox.

However, a word of caution: pregnant women should avoid using this point, as it can stimulate contractions. Always listen to your body!

Glyphosate is everywhere.

It’s been detected in ~80% of Americans via urinalysis, 95% of tested beer and wine, many conventional foods, and even rainwater. Avoiding it completely is nearly impossible — even if you eat organic.

That’s why my family and I have been using two products for the past 2+ years that were shown in a human clinical study to reduce glyphosate levels in the body by up to 75% in just 6 weeks.

If you’re interested in lowering your toxic load and protecting your long-term health, message me and I’m happy to share what we use. 🌿

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the lungs and large intestine are partners.

The lungs help us take in what we need…
and the large intestine helps us let go of what we don’t.

This doesn’t just apply to the body — it applies to our homes and lives too.

Decluttering your space can help move stagnant energy, support the lungs, and remind the body it’s safe to release what no longer serves you.

Sometimes healing starts with simply clearing space to breathe. 🌿

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the pulse tells a story.

By gently feeling the pulse at the wrist, we can gather information about the body’s internal balance. It’s not just about how fast the pulse is, we also evaluate its depth, strength, rhythm, and overall quality.

These subtle characteristics can reveal patterns of imbalance in the organs and the flow of qi and blood throughout the body.

Pulse diagnosis is one of the many ways Chinese medicine looks beyond symptoms to understand what’s happening at a deeper level.

Your body is always communicating, we just have to learn how to listen.

Your body is always communicating with you… the question is, are you listening?

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, we pay attention to the subtle signals your body gives every day.

The color, coating, and shape of the tongue can reveal what’s happening internally.
The quality, strength, and rate of the pulse speaks volumes about the state of the organs and qi.
The location of unexplained pain can tell us which meridian may be out of balance.
Even how you feel at certain times of the day or night can give clues to patterns of disharmony.

Do your nails have ridges?
Do you have cold hands and feet?
And yes… even the shape and consistency of your poo are considered important pieces of the puzzle.

In Chinese medicine, nothing is viewed in isolation. You are not compartmentalized into separate parts. You are one integrated being — mind, body, and spirit.

This is one of the things I love most about Traditional Chinese Medicine. It takes a truly holistic approach to health and helps us understand the deeper patterns behind symptoms.

I love helping people reconnect with their bodies and restore balance using this beautiful medicine.

Glyphosate is in our food.
It’s in our rainwater.
And 99% of the generic glyphosate used in U.S. agriculture is imported.

Even organic produce grown in heavily tilled soil can be nutrient depleted.

This isn’t just about one chemical.

It’s about a farming system that’s dependent, degraded, and disconnected from soil biology.

I just wrote a new blog post breaking all of this down.

If you care about your family’s health and the future of our food, go read it!

Parasite cleansing is normalized in many parts of the world — done a few times a year as simple body maintenance.

But here in the U.S.? We rarely talk about it.

The reality is, exposure is common — through food, travel, pets, and water. Supporting your body with a gentle cleanse can be a powerful reset for digestion, energy, and overall vitality. 🌿

Curious what others are using? 👀

Send me a DM and tell me what you use for parasite cleansing!
