Back in 2019, I sat for Tea for the first time and I don’t say this lightly, but it cracked my heart wide open in ways I could not have expected. Bowl after bowl, breath after breath… something in me started softening, opening, remembering.

Fast forward a few years, a lot of healing, and probably a small ocean’s worth of Tea… and in 2023, I followed the nudge to deepen this path. I became a certified Cha Dao practitioner through Pillar of Light a place and lineage that lives so close to my heart.

This practice has held me through grief, joy, chaos, stillness, and everything in between. And now I get to serve Tea to hold space for others the way it was once held for me. That feels like the sweetest full-circle gift.

So what is a Tea ceremony, anyway?
It’s not fancy or fussy. It’s slow. Sacred. Simple. We sit together (usually in silence), breathe, and drink bowl after bowl of living Tea. Nothing to fix or figure out. Just presence. Just peace. Just Tea.

I’d be honored to share a bowl with you sometime. Truly. The Tea has a way of finding the ones it’s meant for. 🍵

Cheers to 35 🥳 🌞

My heart is filled with so much love and gratitude for how truly blessed I am. Never in my life did I expect to have the amount of peace I have in my soul. Here is to actively working on honoring myself in the season I am in, never shrinking again to fit in, actively growing and loving in to an authentically divine, quirky, fierce woman! 🥰🌞💛❤️‍🔥👽

F E A R!

This one word led me down a path of old beliefs and ideas. It worked its way into every part of my being until it consumed me entirely. I talked myself out of everything I had set out to do.

F E A R ...

- Worthiness
- Failing
- Someone can do it better than me
- Finances
- Imposter Syndrome

This list could go onnnnnn...

Thankfully I am not alone in these feelings and that allowed some light to be shed into my darkness. The vulnerability I allowed myself to share with another exactly where I was at let me know that I had a choice. I could let F E A R something that has prevented me many times in the past prevent me from offering something so dear to my heart. I did not want to let F E A R win this time. I wanted to be able to say I followed through regardless of how scared I was.

How lucky am I to have a support system that holds me through my darkest times, allows me the space to navigate through this current season.

That being said, IM BACK! Tune in to Trust is BACK. Even with doubt I am excited for this Journey and the ones willing to take the leap with me!

I am so grateful to have you here. Thank you for following the curiosity and trusting into it.

I feel there comes a point in our lives when we look around and we know the self-abandonment, chaos and pain have become too much. We feel connection to the trust inside us is a small flickering flame about to vanish. A distant voice inside us is praying that we tune into trusting, so it can become louder and break free from these shackles we have bound ourselves to and anchor in to devoted consciousness.

Tune into Trust is a vision for you to pause, go within and connect to the devoted consciousness inside you. This container is held with love, open mindedness, and healing. A safe place for you to explore reframing those core beliefs and narratives you have held onto for so long and truly connecting your mind, body, and spirit. Really tuning to the trust and wisdom you have had within you all along.

You are safe and you are loved.
