SHE IS FOOTBALL MARKET & FESTIVAL 🤍 MARCH 7.
"She is Football Weekend" is an annual two-day celebration with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers around International Women's Day, championing the She is Football mission of developing 50,000 female leaders annually through the power of sport.
There's a correlation between sports and leadership in young girls. 94% of women in executive positions have played youth sports, yet the dropout rate for girls in youth sports is double the rate of boys. The Buccaneers are committed to providing opportunities to keep girls in the game and develop the next generation of leaders.
This free, family-friendly Market and Festival on Marth 7th brings together incredible small businesses from across Tampa Bay, along with food trucks, music, kids’ combine activities, a cheer clinic, and the She is Football Flag Invitational — all hosted at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers AdventHealth Training Center.
It’s a weekend centered around girls and women, strength, leadership, and community.
And for me, that word — strength — means so much more.
Not just the kind you see on a field.
But the kind it takes to fight for your health sometimes— whatever that looks like.
To rest when the world tells you to push. To put yourself first without apology.
To keep going when no one sees the battle you’re carrying.
Living with chronic illness has taught me that strength is often quiet — but it is powerful.
This year, my business is gently evolving and shifting to reflect that truth more openly.
The Mini Mala & Co. will always create beautiful, meaningful diffuser jewelry. But I’m leaning into a deeper intention — supporting those navigating chronic illness and invisible struggles, big or small, with daily reminders of resilience, softness, and self-advocacy.
Because fighting for yourself is strength.
