It was a long day. But as I sit here and finally am in my jammies and have a glass of wine instead of being “like wow what a hard $&! day this was” I am thinking “wow what an amazing day of teamwork this was.”
It was tough. The cases were hard. Really hard. I had to have my thinking cap on the whole day! And there were some rough moments. I hate cancer so much. There were some wins and some tough battles to come. But every step of the way there were other people helping me help patients.
A lot of you tell me thank you and that means so very much to me. But please know that for every thing I get to do to help you there are probably 10 people that don’t get thanked that made whatever I do happen.
Not only do I love my job but I love the people I work with at my job. I get to work with the best of the best.
And I have a family that always always understands why mommy isn’t home on time.
Let’s fix the insurance system.
