Aventura Bay Place residents were truly blessed this year when Jett and Jax Carlson were assigned to do a community service project for their gifted class at Sawgrass Elementary school. These boys decided to raise money to buy Christmas presents for our community residents!
Jett and Jax raised over $1300!! They even went shopping and wrapped gifts themselves. Yesterday our residents were beyond surprised when the boys brought gifts and handed them out themselves, going room to room, wishing them a Merry Christmas.
Thank you so much Jett and Jax for such an amazing community project and for making our Christmas that more special.

Our staff at Aventura Bay Place are one of a kind. Such dedication, passion, and hardworking employees deserved nothing but the best. Food, gifts and music is just a small token of appreciation for everything they do on a daily basis. We send each and every employee a huge thank you and best wishes for the holidays.

Our staff had an incredibly competitive time during the scavenger hunt, and got some pretty impressive prizes! Congratulations to all of our winners!!
