Mother Earth Spirit Flows, Energy Healing, New Earth Soul Guidance, Yoga, Light Channeling✨🌱 What is Reiki? Many have reported miraculous results.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by using a hands on or hand off method (I use the hands off method) and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. A Reiki Healer can heal in person or by distance. Reiki is performed by drawing certain symbols then directing the energy to where it's blocked in the body to help it flow again. When a Reiki Healing is done by distance, a specific symbol is drawn and the Reiki {ractitioner will focus on the person's picture and name while doing the healing. Then, the Reiki Practitioner will scan the body and feel for any imbalances. And yes imbalances of the person being healed by distance can still be felt even if their not in there with you in person! Then one of the four healing symbols will be drawn, depending on what is needed in the body or chakras that are blocked. The Reiki Practitioner doesn't use his/her own energy, it flow through them from the Universal Life Force Energy from the Source/Universe/God. In person, the same technique will be done. However, with no need to draw the distance symbol. The Reiki Practitioner will first scan the body and chakras (I use a hands off method, but both hands on and hands off methods are used in Reiki) to feel for any imbalances. Then one of the four healing symbols will be drawn the Universal Life Energy will flow through the Practitioner to the client. A Reiki session can last from 10 minutes up to 1 hour depending on the individual clients needs. It's a beautiful and painless way to heal the body through the Universal Life Force Energy. Amethyst Singing Throne and Rose Quartz Love Throne 🎶 ❤️

As I sat in these powerful ancient thrones, I could feel the electrical currents of their energy pulsing through my physical body. Amesthyst-the ancient stone of intuition. Opening the third eye to see past the illusion of the world. Connecting to the Divine-channeling her ancient wisdom continually. With the energy of Amethyst surging through me, my throat chakra opened in song. I sang in the pitch singing through. So full of light-so DIVINE! To be encompassed with her ancient wisdom surrounding me, bringing forth light from every channel in my being. Opening portals to the dimensions beyond, I channeled her ancient wisdom-connect, listen, and allow. Everything is energy. Everything of Mother Earth is a portal to channel. You are never alone! You are always surrounded by your spirit guides and life energy all around you. All connected-all loving-all Divine. Connect, open, allow, and listen to the divine web of life. Great Spirit and Mother Earth will always guide you🌿

Rose Quartz-the ancient stone of love. Healing the heart chakra continually and thoroughly. Soothing, easing, healing, feeling. I connect to my heart and dive deep. What does she need? How is she feeling? She needs comfort, love, support, understanding. I dive deep into her divinity of love and light channeling her ancient wisdom of healing. Release, surrender, and allow it to channel through. It gets to be easy. It gets to be simple. Release, surrender and allow all her living love and light to surge through every inch of energy cell. I am balanced, I am peace, I am LOVE✨❤️

This ancient beautiful tree told me to slow down. Breathe. Be present with all life that around me. Let go of fear. No emotion is too great to feel. No action is too great to accomplish. Slow down, breathe, intend, wait, receive🙏

Dancing with Mother Earth while connecting with my ancestors, channeling Great Spirit, bending and healing with the elements, this has been the most transformational healing I have discovered. This healing is limitless-boundless with the ability to enter twine soo many healing modalities. I’ve been practicing Angel Tarot Readings for 5 years now and it’s been one of the most beautiful services I offer✨🥰

I studied under Tarot readers in Taiwan for 2 years, and decided it was time for my own deck

When I began my quest for seeking the right deck, I came across Radleigh Valentine in an interview on Gaia. His energy, passion, and light brought my soul so much joy. I knew his Angel Tarot deck was the right one for my journey into tarot ❤️

A few months later, a friend recommended a hidden Buddhist shop next to our school. It took me a few tries, but I finally found the hidden alley way, took the elevator up 5 stories, removed my shoes, and entered the sacred store

It was so unique and divinely beautiful. All sorts of literature and books from different cultures, languages, and worlds. There was a whole isle of Tarot decks. In Mandarin and English. I took a while to pick up the ones that pulled me and feel it’s energy…but none of them “clicked”

I decided I was going to wait until I could order the Angel Tarot deck or wait until another one called me

Then as I was walking out of the store, I looked to the shelf on my right and sitting misplaced all by itself was the Angel Tarot deck from Radleigh Valentine❤️✨

I was so happily shocked. It was one of those moments that felt too cool to be real. This deck felt in alignment with me from the moment I saw them✨

I happily left the store with my first Tarot deck in hand. The one that was meant for me to practice 🥰

When I first felt their energy, it took me a while to practice channeling, but once I did these beings of love and light whispered to me the most beautiful and divine messages✨

They guided me with Universal channeling energy, gave me answers in time of need, helped me and purpose, gave me inspiration ❤️

So I started to share with others. I would do readings at festivals and local events in Taiwan. Just carrying my deck wherever I went.

And when COVID hit, I started my readings online and international. I gave so many souls beautiful divine messages full of love and light.

And now in St. Pete, FL, I offer my readings at local markets while continuing online readings from around the world 🥰

The tears of joy, the happiness, the understanding, the fulfillment these cards bring is one of the most beautiful things I’ve been able to offer and witness ✨

Did you know Reiki can also be used on animals?

After the practitioner asks for permission from the animal, they can help with physical and emotional pain of the animal’s energy/chakra system. There is a special training and practice to be done, but once completed, can be a beautiful and useful tool for our furry friends and honestly speaking, family:)

I do Reiki on Layla (my fur baby in the photo) if she’s feeling unwell or anxious. I’ve even done it for her when she was in extreme pain from impacted a**l glands. The emergency vet has a 9 hour wait, so I did Reiki on her, and it calmed her down and eased the pain for her to sleep. I was able to get her checked out the next day by the vet and everything was ok✨

Layla gets separation anxiety, I’ve been working with her on easing her anxiety with Reiki as well as any sick spells she may get. Always after asking for permission:)

I’ve been practicing Reiki Energy Healing for 4 years now and it has truly been a game changer in the natural healing world for me.

I experimented with different energy healing techniques while I was in Taiwan, but when I discovered Reiki it truly changed my life.

I learned how to calm my nervous system naturally. Even when I felt the most overwhelmed, I would channel loving energy into my heart and the worries and pain would dissipate.

Then I started using it for physical pain as well. For anything and everything. Lung cramp from running? Reiki. Muscle spasm? Joint pain? Reiki. Trouble sleeping? Reiki. It works for everything!

I practiced for 6 months before starting to practice and heal others. And once I got out into the world and started helping others with Reiki, I knew it was my calling.

This practice is such a light in my life. It’s allowed me to heal myself as well as help so many others on their healing journey:)

What do you do to relax the body mind and soul?🦋

Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, Hooping, Running are all heart medicine for me to calm my nervous system✨

One tool I’ve learned is to calm my nervous system with deep breath and placing a hand over my heart channeling healing energy with heart affirmations 🥰
