The purpose of shadow work isn’t to sit in your wounds. It’s to become aware of what’s running in the background of your life. Impacting all areas of life.

Simply taking time to contemplate these questions allows you to slow down long enough to notice patterns, beliefs, emotions, and reactions that may have been operating subconsciously. What comes up during Full Moon energy is often showing you exactly where growth is trying to happen.

You don’t have to force healing. You don’t have to have all the answers.

Just allowing yourself to reflect honestly creates space for awareness. Awareness creates choice. Choice creates change.

This Sagittarius Full Moon invites you to look at the stories, beliefs, and identities you’ve outgrown so you can release what no longer fits and move forward with greater clarity, authenticity, and intention.

♐️ Sunday at 4:44 EST We Have A Rare Second Sagittarius “blue” Full Moon ♐️

This Full Moon is not just about releasing.

It’s a harvest.

Six months ago, around the Sagittarius New Moon, seeds were being planted in your mind, your spirit, your beliefs, and your vision for your life.

Now something is ripening.

But before you can expand into the next version of yourself, you have to get honest about the story you’ve been living from.

The Gemini Sun is rewriting the storylines in your mind.

The Sagittarius Moon is rewriting the belief systems underneath them.

Together, they are giving you a rare opportunity to upgrade your mindset, your choices, and your direction.

This is faith over fear energy.

Sagittarius reminds us that we are not meant to stay trapped inside old identities, old pain, old fear, or old versions of ourselves.

You can tell a new story.
You can choose a new path.

This week’s energy is LOUD.

We started the week with Mars square Pluto a charged transit exposing power struggles, ego clashes, manipulation, burnout, corruption, and systems cracking under dysfunction. And that doesn’t just apply to governments, workplaces, relationships, or social media… it applies to YOU too.

How you communicate.
How you react.
How you grip for control.
How you consume.
How you abandon yourself to keep peace.

Mars square Pluto is sacred rage energy.
Not rage meant to destroy blindly… but rage meant to reveal what can no longer survive in misalignment.

The question is:
Will you use that fire consciously for transformation… or unconsciously for destruction?

As of today, we sit in a Libra Moon, highlighting balance, relationships, communication, emotional regulation, and the tension between peacekeeping vs authenticity.

But Thursday-Friday-Saturday?
The Scorpio Moon takes over. Scorpio does not let you bypass what’s surfacing.

Gemini Season Begins: The Duality Is Activated Harder

Today the Sun enters Gemini, and the energy shifts.

We are moving out of Ta**us season the body, the earth element, the slow build, the need for stability and into Gemini season, where the mind starts moving faster, the conversations get louder, and the choices start multiplying with air element at play.

Gemini energy is duality.

The light side is curiosity, communication, connection, learning, humor, ideas, movement, and seeing things from more than one perspective.

The shadow side is overthinking, rushing, gossip, scattered energy, avoidance, mixed signals, nervous system overload, and talking around the truth instead of through it.

This week, that duality is being activated even deeper.

✨ Venus in Cancer is pulling us into the emotional body: home, family, love, safety, memories, softness, and the places we crave deeper connection.

But with Venus square Neptune, we have to be careful not to confuse fantasy with intuition, potential with reality, or emotional longing with actual alignment.

This is where discernment matters.

Not everything that feels familiar is safe.
Not everything that feels magical is meant.
Not everything that pulls on your heart deserves access to your peace.

Then we have the Sun conjunct Uranus, bringing sudden shifts, unexpected realizations, truth bombs, nervous energy, and divine disruption.

Plans may change. Conversations may surprise you. Something you thought was stable may reveal another side.

But that is Gemini season’s lesson:

Can you hold both truths?
Can you see the pattern and the possibility?
Can you stay grounded when the mind wants to spiral?
Can you speak clearly without reacting from chaos?

And as we move toward our second Full Moon in May next week, the emotional build-up may start becoming louder.

What was hidden may start rising.
What was confusing may start revealing itself.
What was avoided may start asking for language.

This week is not asking you to pick chaos.

It is asking you to become conscious inside of it.

Ground before you respond. Question the story before you believe it. Listen to your body before you follow the thought.
Speak truth but make sure it is rooted, not reactive.

Gemini season reminds us:

Your words create energy. Your thoughts shape direction. Your choices open timelines.

So choose with awareness.

And every year, this transition can feel like ALOT!

We move from Ta**us season earth element, body, stability, patience, comfort, routine into Gemini season, which is air, movement, thoughts, words, choices, messages, ideas, questions, distractions, and mental stimulation.

So if you suddenly feel scattered, rushed, overstimulated, emotional, curious, restless, or like your mind has 27 tabs open… welcome to the shift. Gemini chaos. 🌪️

Gemini season teaches us how to work with the mind without letting the mind run the entire show. But if not grounded and anchored can bring out the lower frequency characteristics of Gemini energy for all.

This season may bring up themes around:

✨ communication
✨ overthinking
✨ truth vs. avoidance
✨ nervous system regulation
✨ conversations that need clarity
✨ choices that can no longer stay in limbo
✨ sibling/family dynamics
✨ social energy
✨ learning, teaching, writing, speaking
✨ the stories we keep repeating to ourselves

But the deeper lesson is this:

Not every thought is truth.
Not every message needs an immediate response.
Not every conversation deserves your energy.
And not every open door is aligned just because it is available.

Gemini energy can be brilliant, creative, witty, intelligent, and deeply connective but when ungrounded, it can become chaotic, messy, rushed, gossipy, avoidant, or emotionally detached.

This season is asking us to slow the mind down enough to hear the soul underneath it.

Where are you speaking from truth?
Where are you talking around the wound?
Where are you confusing movement with progress?
Where are you letting mental chaos distract you from what your body already knows?

Gemini Season 2026 is not just about communication.

It is about conscious communication.

The kind where your words match your healing. Your choices match your growth.
Your conversations match your boundaries.
And your mind becomes a tool not a battlefield.

Welcome to Gemini season. Extra anchoring, grounding and balance are needed.
