Think you have to be "perfect" to see results? Think again. 🌱

One of my patients loved his meat.

He had high blood pressure and high cholesterol — two major risk factors for the #1 killer, heart disease.
When we talked about a whole food, plant-based diet, he decided his health was worth it.

But here’s the thing — he didn’t go 100%.
He ate plant-based most of the day, and still had a piece of chicken or fish at dinner.

And guess what?
✅ Within a couple months, his blood pressure normalized — and he came off his BP medication.
✅ A few months later, he was off his cholesterol medication too.
✅ Oh — and there was a side effect: he lost weight and reached a healthy weight naturally. 😉

It’s not all or nothing.
Every little bit, every little serving, every little step — it all adds up. 💚

Lunch is served!

As the temperatures rise, I’ve been craving more raw, fresh, crunchy elements in my meals.

These are lettuce wraps with hummus, baked tofu, baked veggies (zucchini and bell peppers), topped with nutritional yeast, pickled jalapeños, and Dijon mustard 🥬

It’s so simple and delicious 🤤
