Come join Amy Joy in this safe place for women of all ages to connect and bond. Each month we will come together before the full moon to align our collective energy for the good of all.

During our time together we will explore and learn how to harness our personal power. By embracing our own innate energy we allow the flow of nature to do it’s magic. Learning how to release control of expectation builds an internal strength and calmness. As a sisterhood we will help to build this strength in one another.

Each month Amy Joy will guide you through light movement, breathing exercises, guided meditations and education about your mind and body.

Please come in your most comfortable clothes and bring what makes you feel relaxed as we will be seated on yoga mats.

Hey everyone! Kelsea is now offering skin and nail services, as she was finalizing her license we were hit with two devastating storms so she decided to discount her services for the community. We strive to bring happiness and light into the lives of our wonderful friends/family in the salon and in the past few weeks we have all felt all the emotions. She would like to offer some time to relax, chat it up, distract, vent or whatever our little hearts need right now 🫶🏼 share with friends and family and have them tell us you referred them, we appreciate our community and can’t wait to see the foundation get stronger!
