Cast removals are exciting and revealing! They certainly don’t tell us the whole story after healing, but give us a sneak peek of the shape of the nose and progress. This patient is just seven days out from her rhinoplasty and despite some swelling, the nose is shaping nicely in terms of her profile and her tip rotation. Go forward to future visits!
