We are thrilled to recognize Michael “Mike” Dagcutan as our 2025 Step Up Rehab PT of the Year for our facility!🥳👏
Mike has been a valued member of our Boca Ciega Bay family across multiple facilities throughout his tenured career, consistently showing unwavering dedication, compassion, and impactful leadership through every season of life.
Last year, Mike faced two back to back hurricane evacuations, an extraordinary challenge in itself, yet he continued to rise to every moment with resilience and grace. He spent countless hours managing logistics, coordinating the dispersal of his team across locations for nearly ten months, and commuting daily to ensure his team, his patients, and our organization were supported without interruption. His commitment never wavered.
Mike embodies what it means to lead with heart. He is truly one of the kindest souls you will ever meet, and his steady presence, genuine care, and deep integrity uplift everyone around him. In 2026 he will resume his participation in our DOR Leadership Program to advance his skills as an integral leader of our organization.
