Late diagnosis or self-identification can bring up a whirlwind of emotions.
😔 Grief for a lifetime of feeling misunderstood and receiving no support.
😔 Anger for all the trauma that could have been avoided if only you'd known something so integral to your identity.
😔 Regret for what could have been.
🦋 But it also presents an opportunity to discover who you really are.
