Salterra at St. Petersburg (formerly Volante of St. Petersburg) sustained significant damage as a result of Hurricane Milton.
After careful assessment and, with the comfort and well-being of our residents and staff as our top priority, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close the community. Extensive repairs are necessary to renovate the community, and we will not be able to provide the optimal environment our residents and employees deserve during the renovation period.
We are working closely with residents and family members to assist in relocation to nearby sister communities, ensuring a smooth transition and continued care.
