We are looking for a Referral Coordinator
Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Referral Coordinator located in St. Petersburg, FL. The Referral Coordinator will be responsible for handling insurance verification, ensuring proper communication with patients and healthcare providers, and managing referral processes. Daily tasks include verifying patient insurance, maintaining accurate records, scheduling appointments, and assisting with medical terminology and documentation. The role requires excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Insurance Verification and understanding Medical Terminology
Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
Excellent Customer Service skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical office environment
Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
