I keep thinking about how potent this week is with the Leo and Aquarius eclipse season starting. And today, the Saturn Neptune conjunction, in Aries. Aries is the start of a new cycle, a new beginning.
Aries is connected to the The Child, the playful self and where we go head first into life.

This particular Neptune/Saturn transit hasn’t happened in 36 years so think about where you were in 1989.
And this particular way the planets are meeting at the start of a cycle has not actually happened since 1702.

These planets are so very different from one another Saturn is structure, boundaries, hard reality and Neptune is what dissolves structure, no boundaries, more love and pure potential. Today is a paradox. It isn’t a passive time. It is a potent time to mobilize, to center ourselves to connect to our source. To look to what is holding back our vision and how we can create actionable plans to create our personals and collective visions personally. With the sun in Pisces and that Aquarius eclipse energy we are looking at community and humanity. How are we evolving to be compassionate, empowered human beings?

There is so much that is and will come to the surface with eclipse season. We are deprogramming ourselves from the power structures we have believed throughout our lives and for that matter generations. Each time we come back to the source, we come back to our vision and we exercise, small, imperfect actionable plans we take our power back from everything around us that wants to distract and divide us.

And if you want a fun exercise for today, take a moment to write down what your ideal world would look like if there were absolutely no boundaries or anything to get in the way of that.
In another column, write down all the things that are getting in the way of you living that particular life.
In a third column, write down a daily small actionable plan to help you merge Neptune and Saturn, to create a discipline that will help your visions come to life.

Tessa is a nationally board-certified and
Florida state-licensed Acupuncture
Physician with 15 years of clinical
experience. She earned her Master of
Science in Oriental Medicine from the
Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine
College in Berkeley, California and has
helped thousands of patients with a wide
range of concerns including pain,
digestive issues, anxiety, depression,
sleep challenges, menopause, life
transitions, cancer support and chronic
neurological conditions such as ALS and
stroke recovery.
Tessa is thrilled to call St. Petersburg
home and is grateful to expand her
practice here. This unique city’s diversity,
creativity, energy and strong sense of
community provide daily inspiration and
opportunity to connect and grow.
Tessa’s treatments often weave
acupuncture with complementary
modalities such as EFT and flower
essence therapy, creating layered,

It is amazing the difference a year makes. Sometimes I wish my future self could come and tell me how good life can be when you take big leaps.

I had decided to close Squeeze a year ago for many reasons but #1 was being aligned with my purpose.

I thought I will get a room and start offering massage. When my landlord agreed to let allow the Squeeze commercial kitchen to evolve into a co-working wellness space I felt it was a huge sign I could not ignore.

Little did I know it would grow beyond my wildest dreams.
There are NOW 9 practitioners sharing the space. Each one gifted and passionate about their practice.

Chelsy’s BIO- Get to know her!💕
Chelsy Snell is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 10 years of experience in St. Petersburg, Florida. She specializes in intuitive counseling techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, yoga, and holistic approaches to mental wellness.

Chelsy earned her Masters in Art Therapy from Florida State University and has worked with diverse populations in various settings since 2009. She obtained her mental health counseling license in 2015 and has since gained experience at a community counseling center and in private practice, ultimately establishing her own company, Chelsy Snell Intuitive Counseling LLC.

With a compassionate and humanistic approach, Chelsy supports clients through a wide range of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, past trauma, and postpartum transitions. Based in St. Petersburg with virtual services available throughout Florida, her practice serves as a sanctuary of light and hope for individuals ready to embark on their healing journey. Squeeze Juice Works offers clean, whole organic cold pressed juices, that are as fresh as pulling from the plant and that are made daily.
