Get a vision of what you want to happen. Feel how good it will feel when that vision comes alive and then commit commit to the exercise. Anytime your mind strays from that vision to some self-defeating thought.
Recognize it , be kind to it. Then You breathe through the contractions and you reach for a better thought that feels good and then get back on course.
