JUST OPENED: SOLO TWIN BED OPTION FOR ASHEVILLE ⛰️ Women's Retreat

Until now, this room was only available for 2 friends booking together… but we just opened ONE twin bed for a solo guest in the Dynamic Duo room to join us July 16–19 in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina.

You’ll share the room with one amazing zen sister already booked and share a bathroom with just 2 other women.

Finally made it to the Ancient Tree 🌳 ZenHiking at Boyd Hill Nature Preserve today!

Our walk was about 1.5 miles each way & we got to see SO MUCH wildlife on our walk today. Gators, Birds, Raccoons, Tortoise & more!

July 16–19 2026, we’re gathering for our ZENhike Women’s Weekend tucked deep in a forest haven just outside Asheville…
surrounded by miles of trails and waterfalls to explore right outside your door.

You’ll wake up to fresh mountain air, move your body and spend your days immersed in the rhythm of the forest. This is a spiritual reset while the yoga, mindfulness practices, and circles stay approachable, real, and down to earth.

Over the weekend, we’ll be:
• flowing through grounding yoga + mindful movement
• hiking through lush forest trails and hidden viewpoints
• exploring nearby waterfalls and cool mountain waters
• sharing nourishing, plant-based meals together
• slowing down for meaningful connection and reflection
• unwinding with forest bathing & fireside chats

We’re gathering a group of 15 women, and the energy already building around this weekend feels really aligned.
