In Florida, and across the entire USA, the law is very clear: tattoo artists are only licensed to insert pigments into the skin. That’s it.

If a tattoo artist is treating hyperpigmentation with serums, injecting hair growth serums into the scalp, or using a tattoo machine to insert anything other than pigment, they are practicing medicine or aesthetics—not tattooing. These services are not covered under a tattoo license.

Yes, new trends come and go in this industry. But what always happens is the same: once regulators realize something falls outside of the legal scope, it eventually gets shut down. It’s written plainly in the law—only pigments are allowed.

I found Bianca totally by chance when I was on vacation in St Pete scrolling for a tattoo shop that had experience with tattooing over scars. I didn't know scar camouflage was even a thing, I was ready to get regular tattoos over my scars but then I stumbled onto her site. I ended up moving to Tampa (already planned) about 3 months later, the first thing I did when I was unpacked was book a session with her. I am so glad I did!
For context, I had lost a significant amount of weight and had scars from multiple excess skin removal surgeries over the years & I had just learned to live with them, until I found Bianca.
She's been working on diminishing the look of my scars. I've had multiple sessions over 6 months and they look so much better. We're not done but I don't mind one bit.
