We feature a morning BootCamp / High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) style program 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) at 5:30 am, 7 am and 9 am. Gentle Vinyasa Yoga and Fitness Yoga Fusion classes both available in the evenings at our outdoor SFF Shala location as well as along with a variety of special events such as Beach Yoga & Sunset Workouts. ALL workouts are available on a monthly or pay as you go basis and some workouts are FREE of charge.

The Seriously FUN Fitness Community

Created by husband & wife team, Tom & Jodi Milner, the idea behind Seriously FUN Fitness is simple: Provide a place where people can have FUN while getting fit without worrying about lots of rules & regulations. Although our Head-to-Toe Conditioning Program is a boot camp style class format, there is no yelling and no punishment when members miss a class. We allow you to mix and match your class times to fit YOUR schedule. Classes are every Monday, and Friday at 5:30 am, 7 am or 9 am at the Madeira Beach Recreation Center. We believe you should NOT have to pay for something you cannot use so we offer 10 Class Cards with NO expiration date for those with varying schedules. Also, we NEVER keep your credit card information on file or auto bill you for membership. It’s our belief that WE should work hard to earn your business each month and YOU should commit to your health and fitness every month.

We feature Head-t0-Toe Conditioning: a Fitness BootCamp / High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) style program available for 4 consecutive weeks (available mornings or afternoons) followed by a weeklong Recovery period to ensure that you are not overtraining your body and ensuring TERRIFIC results. We also have Vinyasa style yoga and Fitness Yoga Fusion classes in the evenings along with a variety of special events such as Beach Yoga, Sunset Workout and Restorative Yoga Workshops (see website for dates & times). We are honored to have an incredibly loyal and encouraging group of regulars who welcome newcomers and keep this community the Seriously FUN place that it is! Join us TODAY!
