Addington Place is a pet friendly, waterfront senior living community located off the Bay Way in St. Pete near Eckerd College. Our community is home to two hundred happy, active residents. We have studio, one bedroom and two- bedroom apartments available in independent and assisted living. Our apartments have stunning views of the bay and professionally landscaped gardens. Take an early morning stroll on our walking path and you might see a pod of dolphins headed for the Bay or exotic birds busy at work in our fountain. Residents enjoyed a lively “ At the Beach”themed dinner party featuring delicious island – inspired cuisine, live music, and plenty of dancing. From tropical tunes to Seaside vibes, it truly felt like a mini getaway right at home!
Smiles, laughter, and great company made the evening unforgettable. Who’s ready for our next adventure? It’s not our first rodeo, but we’ll have one in April.

Sometimes the best moments are the ones you don’t plan!
What started as a simple welcome lunch for one of our newest residents quickly turned into an unplanned, Salty Sister reunion as longtime friends, discovered they were together again in our community. There was laughter, shared memories, and plenty of catching up. Our friends and family dinner party was a presidential evening to remember! Tonight our community stepped back in time for a spectacular presidents and First Ladies dinner party! residents dressed to impress, as their favorite commander-in-chief and iconic first ladies bringing history to life right here at dinner. The evening was filled with patriotic decor, classic American cuisine, lively, trivia, and plenty of laughter. Events like these remind us that history isn’t just something we read about – it’s something we can celebrate together. Thank you to our amazing staff and residence for making this night one for the history books!
