Today is Women’s Equal Pay Day, marking how far into the new year women must work to earn what men did in the previous year. This date symbolizes that, on average, women earn only 81% of what men earn for full-time, year-round work. This year, All Women's Equal Pay Day is a day later than last year.

For more than 100 years, BPW has been a leader in advancing equity for working women. We pursue that mission by empowering women personally, professionally and politically through advocacy, education and connections.
