Always an artist, Sarah was born and raised in Plymouth, MA. Pursuing her passion, she attended MassArt in Boston, studying fine art and art education. After graduating in 1999, her journey brought her to San Francisco to study for her masters at the Academy of Art. Right after earning her degree, Sarah discovered Bikram yoga. Sarah attended training at the Bikram Yoga College of India in Los Ange

les in 2004 and has been practicing and teaching ever since. Being lucky enough to have studied under and taught for Mary Jarvis for many years in California, she tries to bring a more loving and personal approach to each class, and she loves incorporating music into the series. Sarah is also a certified Yin yoga instructor and has completed her 200hr Hatha Vinyasa Yoga and Ayurveda therapy certifications (RYT 200).
