Honoring the brave and celebrating our shared freedom! 🇺🇸

Yesterday, our community came together dressed in our patriotic red, white, and blue to observe a beautiful Memorial Day. We shared a spectacular traditional American barbecue filled with hamburgers, hot dogs, coleslaw, macaroni and cheese, and fresh watermelon.

While the fellowship was joyful, the heart of our gathering was a deeply moving tribute at the Fallen Soldier Table. Pausing to reflect on the immense sacrifices made by our nation's heroes is a vital part of how we focus on creating opportunities for .

Savoring the finer things, together! 🍷✨

We are still savoring the memories of our recent wine-pairing dinner, where each course told a story. We began with a hearty smoked-andouille and sausage white bean soup, followed by golden-fried oysters with a zesty Cajun remoulade. The star of the night—blackened snapper in a sherry lobster cream sauce over cheesy grits—reminded us of the exceptional dining found in these exquisite, shared moments.

Recognizing their outstanding contributions is a beautiful reflection of the happy, healthy, purposeful living we share here at Westminster Palms.

Our neighbor, Gloria, says it best—"typical" isn't in our vocabulary! Here is what Gloria shared:

“People ask me, what's my typical day? There is no typical day. We have such variety and when I get up I have to look at my calendar. We have so many trips, we go out for lunch, we go out for dinner, we go out to museums or parks or other places that are out of the St. Pete area. Things that I never knew existed. We get to go to all of them if we want to.”
