Lauren is in repose-she Denise and Jennifer just hosted six lucky winning ladies for a mind meld afternoon. 🧽 🫧 🧠! We drank 🍵, awoke our endocrine system 👋🏽, had Acupuncture 🪡 , did homeopathic injections and Denise bathed the room in sound 🏵️.

I want to give a shout out to Miss Barbara this morning. You’ve probably seen her around here for many many moons. She credits her acupuncture and herbal care for her spritely 87 years, we think shes been blessed with a little extra Qi. She has helped us raise our children, she mothers the building And she grandmothers the heck out of our hearts. She tells us we are pretty , that our children are brilliant because of our efforts and that the Earth generally wouldn’t turn exactly the right way unless we were on it. She is the inner voice I wish for all of You. I hope you have a Miss Barbara in your life and if you don’t, this one gives out hugs regularly. Come on by.
