EPIC (Empath Partners in Care) is a member of Empath Health, the country’s largest not-for-profit health system delivering non-acute care and services through its skilled, medical and holistic programs to individuals with chronic, advanced and terminal illnesses or experiencing grief throughout North Central, West Central and Southwest Florida. EPIC works tirelessly to improve the lives of individ

uals, families and communities, regardless of HIV or STI status, gender or sexual identity, by addressing the social determinants of health. A wide variety of medical care, counseling, support and prevention services is offered at our locations in Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. We aim to provide seamless care and support that help our clients stay healthy, housed and in care. We also provide HIV/STI testing and education in the community, support for LGBTQ elders and assistance for people experiencing or at-risk of homelessness.

Join us for the grand opening of EPIC Common Ground!

EPIC (Empath Partners in Care), a program of Empath Health, is proud to launch Common Ground a youth-centered resource hub for individuals ages 16–24 navigating housing instability. Common Ground offers compassionate guidance, community resources, and pathways toward stability.

Please join us as we celebrate this meaningful milestone. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will begin promptly at 2 PM, with tours and refreshments to follow.
