Setting goals is easy; sticking to them is where the real work begins. That’s why SMART goals matter. Instead of vague intentions, SMART goals give you clarity and momentum:
S – Specific: Know exactly what you want to achieve.
M – Measurable: Decide how you’ll track your progress.
A – Achievable: Set goals that push you, but are within reach.
R – Relevant: Make sure your goal fits your bigger vision.
T – Time-bound: Set a deadline to keep yourself focused.
When your goals are SMART, they become less overwhelming and much more actionable. Small steps, clear direction, real progress.

When it’s more than just stress, it’s time to listen to your mind and body.
Burnout isn’t just feeling tired after a long week; it’s a deep, lingering exhaustion that doesn’t go away with rest. If you’re feeling numb, disconnected, or like you’ve lost your spark, you’re not alone. Burnout can affect your energy, motivation, and even your relationships.
Remember, you deserve to feel whole and joyful again. There’s a way back to balance.

Burnout happens to all of us, but you can reset. Here’s my go-to routine when I need to find balance again:
❤️🩹Start with slow, deep breathing to calm my mind.
❤️🩹Let go of over-scheduling; cross off what isn’t essential.
❤️🩹Take a reset walk outside for fresh air and clarity.
❤️🩹Reflect with a few lines of gratitude journaling.
❤️🩹Limit digital distractions and focus on being present.
Every time I do this, I feel more grounded and connected to my purpose. It’s not about being perfect, but making progress.
Would you try this routine for a week? Let me know in the comments if it helps you reset, too!

The problem usually isn’t your ambition. It’s the hustle-at-all-costs way you’ve been taught to succeed.
If this resonated, share it to your stories and tag me so more ambitious women know they don’t have to do it all alone🥰

Feeling stuck or overwhelmed? You’re not alone.
Coaching isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about helping you let go of what’s weighing you down and giving you the clarity to focus on what truly matters. Imagine having the tools to set boundaries, create realistic goals, and move forward with confidence.
It’s not about doing more, but about doing what matters most, and finding joy in it.
If you’re ready for a mental reset, let’s chat about how coaching can help you get back to feeling like yourself again. 💛

Hi, I'm Victoria. I was born and raised in Florida with over 10 years of providing case management and counseling services. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I am also a Qualified Clinical Supervisor. I obtained my Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling at the University of South Florida and completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Tampa.
Growing up I was actively involved in multiple sports, competing at the national level in Gymnastics. At 16 years old, along with winning nationals I underwent my third major injury. At that point I knew I had to stop, the risk was no longer worth the reward. Through personal experience and clinical training I've seen first hand how intertwined our physical and mental health is. When one is not working to its best ability the other will start to fail. I strongly believe in our power to overcome obstacles and to reach our goals whether those obstacles are physical or mental they can be overcome.
I started my career working in the community as case manager and therapist working with children, teens and their families as well as individuals and couples. I have also worked within management, health insurance and recruiting arenas within the medical field. Ultimately my passion is people and the innate strength and resiliency within us. Through a collaborative counseling and coaching process people can do amazing things they never thought possible.
I decided to enter private practice after I found myself feeling weighed down by the things in my life and mind that didn’t make me happy. From working long hours, being inactive, not finding time or the ability to do the things that I enjoyed. Spending time with loved ones, family, friends, animals and taking care of ourselves are just a few of the things that in today's busy world we can't seem to find time for, yet these are also the things that we work so hard for. Together, let's take the first step towards improving your life. Call me or schedule online today!
I am trained in multiple counseling models including, but not limited to Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing and Co-Occurring Disorders and Addictions, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT).
