Building 4 Is documenting owners not receiving a vote on cameras being installed without an owner’s material alteration vote. This is an ongoing complaint of Board Members denying owners their voting rights.

Thank you for putting it in writing that Point Brittany is Decaying and in support of the 2020 Master Restoration Special Assessment Plan. As a licensed Realtor wouldn’t that have to be disclosed to your buyers? Why have the 2020 Special Assessments still not been completed? Horobec became PBAC President April 15, 2021 and Collier PBAC Vice President.

Please Explain:

Why did PBAC put approximately $100,000 into the professional building for design rentals, only for you to support the building to be torn down a year later? Those commercial buildings were to be rented out, to bring in income and to offset the costs. That is what the owners were told and buyers bought into? Yet, it appears everything that was told to us and even put in writing was a compilation of fabrications. This of course is being investigated and we are exercising our freedom of speech. 🆘🆘🆘
