How about we stop treading water and start building something together.
We all have great ideas, but ideas alone don’t place students. They don’t expand access. They don’t fix the bottleneck.

So here’s my proposal:
Let’s combine our strengths and create an affordable, efficient, ethical way to match students with preceptors—fast.

I already have a Lifestyle Medicine preceptorship model that works. What we need now is collaboration. Real collaboration.
Not gatekeeping.
Not side deals.
Not “what’s in it for me.”

Just a shared commitment to helping students succeed and supporting preceptors who genuinely want to teach.

The real question is simple:
Who is ready to move quickly, work transparently, and put students first.

If we align our networks, our passion, and our integrity, we can place students faster, support preceptors better, and build something that lifts everyone involved.

No ego. No turf wars. No hidden agendas.
Just a community that believes in mentorship, prevention, and doing the right thing.

We have mechanisms, NOT outcomes. Please stop making claims for which you don't have answers. I ask people to seriously take a step back and look at the multiple factors that could be responsible.
